Today was our walk-a-thon fundraiser (or in most of the pictures - a run-a-thon) The students have raised over $,6500 with more still to come. Many thanks to our amazing PTO and parent volunteers for helping keep track of laps and for setingt up such an amazing day for the students. Thanks to our specials teachers: Mrs. Dickinson, Mrs. Pettingill, Mrs. Austin, Ms. Vera and Mrs. Pehrson for monitoring laps as well. A big thank you to Mr. Bauman for providing the sound system and being our DJ for the day. Also, thanks to our classroom teachers for running, walking and encouraging their students as they made their way around. We are truly grateful and amazed at our Rock Creek Community - The Raptors are the best of the best. Thanks to all your efforts we are one step closer to our walking path.
