Hello my name is Angela Van Hofwegen and I teach Kindergarten at Rock Creek Elementary. I feel in love with teaching when I was in High School. I knew after a semester of shadowing a 6th grade teacher that I would be an educator for life! It has been a dream that has come true. I went to CSI for two years and then on to Boise State, Go Broncos! It is at BSU that I fell in love and got married after graduation. I got my first teaching job in Kuna, Idaho! My young husband decided to go into education as well. He finished his college degree just as we had our first child! After two years of teaching Kindergarten in Kuna, Idaho I stayed home with my two kids for two years. Then I got a Kindergarten position in Buhl, Idaho where I stayed for four years. I love teaching, my family and I am truly a woman of faith! I feel blessed to truly love my job and what I do. I currently teach Kindergarten part-time at Rock Creek where three of my children go to school, Go Raptors!
I have been teaching for 13 years. This is my first year teaching Second Grade at Rock Creek.
