Join us to celebrate the successes of our students, staff members, and school system!
When: Wednesday, May 6, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. NEXT WEEK!
Where: Twin Falls City Park
Each school will have a table with a display of something they are proud of and want to celebrate and each school will have an opportunity to present a live performance at the event. TFSD district office administrators will be preparing a hot dog dinner for the first 4,000 attendees! We want to thank the community for their incredible support over the years! Thank you to the generous community sponsors helping us with this event: First Federal, Starr Corp, and Falls Brand!

Tomorrow is Spirit Day!
Last week the TFFD, TFPD, and the Twin Falls City Mechanics visited our Kindergarteners! Our reading curriculum for the week was all about transportation so our students got a hands on look at different types of vehicles in our city. We are so thankful all of these hard workers took time out of their day to talk with our students!

We were so excited to welcome all of our students back this morning! We also received a visit from Kai the Talking Magpie. Kai was saying hello and barking like a dog! Magpies are intelligent and able to mimic speech. Kai has been seen all around town and we felt lucky to have him come to Rock Creek! It's a great place to be!
One thing that Rock Creek faculty, students, and families can feel proud of is the inclusivity and kindness of the children at our school. Buddy Reading Day is a perfect way to showcase leadership and kindness from the big kids to an adoring little kid audience.

Today, the Rock Creek Choir got to tour! They performed at Grace Assisted Living, Heritage Assisted Living, and Serenity transitional care, ate lunch at 2nd Street Market, and toured the Orpheum Theater. The kids had a blast!
