In a recent SEL lesson, fifth graders learned about how to control their emotions and feelings. Students learned there are lots of ways to help themselves. They can read jokes in a book, make a bucket list, do yoga poses, use stress balls or fidgets, make a happy face, and write things they are grateful for.

Fifth graders at Rock Creek had an out-of-this-world experience! 🌌 Twin Falls High School seniors brought a planetarium to school and guided our students through the nighttime sky. ✨ They explored constellations and the wonders of space—without even leaving the gym! 🚀🌠
