In a recent SEL lesson, fifth graders learned about how to control their emotions and feelings. Students learned there are lots of ways to help themselves. They can read jokes in a book, make a bucket list, do yoga poses, use stress balls or fidgets, make a happy face, and write things they are grateful for.

Kindergarten students spent some time learning about proper dental hygiene from Smiles4Kids! They learned how many times a day they should brush their teeth and how to floss correctly. We are excited to see all of their pearly whites!
